摘　　要：为推进中央和国家机关公务用车制度改革,加快建立新型公务用车制度,转变传统的公务用车运行管理方式,合理有效配置公务用车资源,加强公务用车规范化管理,实现公务用车便捷合理、交通费用节约可控、车辆管理规范透明,实现公务用车管理统一化、科学化。In order to promote the central and state organs,the reform of public service vehicles,accelerate the establishment of a new system of official vehicles,change the traditional way of operation and management of official vehicles, official vehicles reasonably efficient allocation of resources,strengthen the standardized management of official vehicles,the official car is convenient and reasonable,transportation costs savings controllable,vehicle management,standardized and transparent,realize the management of official vehicles unified and scientific.
