摘　　要：独立学院进行协同创新人才培养,能够优化高校资源配置。文中对协同创新的内涵进行了阐述。结合江西省独立学院,分析了江西省独立学院协同创新型人才培养存在的问题,并且提出了一些完善独立学院协同创新型人才培养模式的建议。The Independent Institute of collaborative innovation personnel training,to optimize the allocation of resources in Colleges and universities.This paper expounds the connotation of collaborative innovation.Combined with the independent colleges in Jiangxi Province,the problems in the training of collaborative innovation talents in Jiangxi Province independent colleges are analyzed,and some suggestions are put forward to improve the training mode of collaborative innovation oriented talents in independent colleges.
