中药川芎嗪改善恶性肿瘤患者肾功能损伤的临床观察

摘　　要：目的：观察总结川芎嗪治疗恶性肿瘤患者肾功能损伤的临床疗效与安全性。方法：选取恶性肿瘤合并肾功能损伤的患者33例,采用川芎嗪静脉滴注5~7 d进行治疗,观察患者的血肌酐、尿素氮、尿酸的前后变化。结果：患者治疗后的血清肌酐较治疗前下降,血清尿素氮明显下降,尿酸下降。川芎嗪治疗恶性肿瘤患者肾功能损伤,显效者20例（60.6%）,治疗总有效率（显效＋稳定）97%。结论：川芎嗪能够治疗肿瘤相关性肾功能损伤,并未见明确的短期不良反应。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of ligustrazine in improving renal function injury in patients with malignant tumor. Methods： The 33 patients with renal function injury were treated by intravenous infusion of ligustrazine for 5 ~ 7 days. The changes of serum creatinine,urea nitrogen and uric acid in patients were observed. Results After treatment,serum creatinine was decreased,serum urea nitrogen was significantly decreased,uric acid was also decreased,20 cases had obvious effect and the total effective rate was 97%. Conclusion Ligustrazine can treat cancer related renal damage,and no short-term adverse reactions.
