摘　　要：我国大学教学文化提出的语境是大学教学深陷重重危机之中。大学教学文化可理解为大学管理层和师生共同拥有和躬行的植根于实践和历史的教学精神。我国大学教学文化建设亟需解决好教学中心地位问题,教师教学发展中心问题和教师教学自主权问题。The concept of university teaching culture came into being in the context of muh university teaching in country. University teaching cuhure can be understood as the tea shared by university administrative, teachers and students, and rooted in the history and central status of instruction, teacher development, and teacher autonomy are the key itude crises of ching spirits, practice. The issues to beaddressed in the the construction of university teaching culture in our country.
