摘  要:目的调动护理人员积极性,充分发挥潜能作用,不断提高内涵素质,给患者提供高品质服务。方法创新激励机制,在护理队伍中开展争创"学习型、服务型、创新型"优秀护理团队活动,制订了相关考核标准,在工作实践中促使护理人员业务能力、服务水平持续提升。结果由于创新激励,全院护理人员着眼临床探索实践,合力打造出了一支业务素质较好、服务水平较高、创新能力较强的优秀团队,全面推进了医院护理工作的内涵式发展。结论创新激励机制,激发护士工作热情,对于护理管理意义深远。了解并改善护理创新氛围对于实现护士个人发展、促进护理创新管理、全面提升优质护理服务质量具有重要意义。Objective To provide high-quality nursing service to the patients by stimulating nurses' initiative, bringing their potential to the full, and improving their service quality. Methods The method used in this paper is to work out assessment' standards to promote nurses' professional capability and service standard by innovating ineentivemecha- nism, and launching competitions for study, service and innovation-oriented excellent nursing team. Results The re- search conducted suggests that with the incentive mechanism, all nurses gradually formed an excellent nursing team with better skill, service and innovative ability, which promoted the connotative development of nursing work in our hospital. Conclusion It is concluded that innovations in incentivemechanism and stimulation of working enthusiasm are of great significance to nursing management. Improving innovating atmosphere in nursing work is also important to achieve nurses' personal development, to promote innovation in nursing management and to comprehensively enhance nursing service quality.
