赖氨酸维B_(12)颗粒联合消旋卡多曲颗粒及蒙脱石散治疗小儿迁延性和慢性腹泻的临床效果

摘　　要：目的 探讨赖氨酸维B12颗粒联合消旋卡多曲颗粒及蒙脱石散治疗小儿迁延性和慢性腹泻的临床疗效。方法选取2008年8月-2014年8月我院收治的210例小儿迁延性和慢性腹泻病患儿,将其随机分为对照组、二联组及观察组,各70例,并分别给予单用蒙脱石散、蒙脱石散联合消旋卡多曲颗粒、以及赖氨酸维B12颗粒联合蒙脱石散及消旋卡多曲颗粒进行治疗,疗程结束后观察并对照3组小儿迁延性和慢性腹泻病例的临床效果。结果 对照组总有效率为52.9%,二联组总有效率为78.6%,观察组总有效率为90.0%,观察组疗效优于二联组（P〈0.05）,而观察组疗效显著优于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论 赖氨酸维B12颗粒联合蒙脱石散及消旋卡多曲颗粒治疗小儿迁延性和慢性腹泻疗效明显,且无明显不良反应,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of lysine vitamin B12 granule combining with racecadotril granule and montmorillonite powder in the treatment of pediatric protracted and chronic diarrhea.Methods From August 2008 to August 2014,210 pediatric patients with protracted and chronic diarrhea admitted into our hospital were selected. They were evenly divided into three groups,control group,combination group,ond observation group in random.They were provided with montmorillonite powder only,montmorillonite powder combining with racecadotril granule,and lysine vitamin B12 granule combining with racecadotril granule and montmorillonite powder in turn for the treatment.After therapy, clinical effect of 210 pediatric patients with protracted and chronic diarrhea was observed and compared.Results The total effective rate in the control group was 52.9%,in the combination group was 78.6%, and in the observation group was 90.0%.The effect in the observation group was superior than that of combination group （P〈0.05） as well as in the control group （P〈0.01）.Conclusion Lysine vitamin B j2 granule combining with raceeadotril granule and montmorillonite powder can obtain a remarkable effect on treating pediatric patients with protracted and chronic diarrhea without obvious adverse reaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
