循证护理在异位妊娠患者中的应用及效果评价

摘　　要：目的 探讨循证护理在异位妊娠患者中的应用方法和临床效果。方法 选择我院于2014年2月-2015年2月收治的异位妊娠患者80例作为对照组,接受住院保守治疗的同时给予常规护理干预;选择我院于2015年3月-2016年3月收治的异位妊娠患者80例作为实验组,接受住院保守治疗的同时给予循证护理干预。结果 实验组患者的抑郁、焦虑等负面情绪得到了较为显著的改善,其保守治疗的治愈率（93.75%）同对照组患者（76.25%）比较显著较高（P〈0.05）。结论 循证护理能够减少异位妊娠患者的痛苦和负面情绪,提高患者的治愈率,增加患者的认真度和配合的积极性,提高护理质量。并且护理人员也可以在对患者循证护理的过程中,不断发现问题,分析问题,对护理做出合理的改善,从而可以进一步提高护理人员的工作能力和护理水平。Objective To evaluate the application methods and clinical effect of evidence-based nursing in patients with ectopie pregnancy.Methods 80 patients with ectopic pregnancy treated in our hospital from February 2014 to February 2015 were selected as the control group.80 patients with eetopic pregnancy treated in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2016 were selected as the experimental group,and evidence-based nursing intervention was imposed while receiving conservative treatment in hospital.Results Depression,anxiety and other negative emotions were significantly improved in the experimental group.Compared with the control group,the cure rate of the conservative treatment （93.75%） was significantly higher than that in control group （76.25%）（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Evidence-based nursing can reduce the negative emotions and pain of patients with eetopic pregnancy,which also improves the patient＇s cure rate,the patient＇s serious degree and the enthusiasm of coordination as well as the quality of nursing. Moreover,during the evidence-based nursing in patients,nurses can find and analyze problems,and make reasonable improvements so as to further improve nursing level and work ability of nursing staff.
