摘 要:针对数字阵雷达中天线阵列与监测网络独立而导致电缆或者接插件较多的问题,设计了一种集成监测网络的天线阵列。采用缝隙耦合,实现天线阵列和监测网络的一体化设计,其具有单元级监测、高集成和高可靠性等优点。在2.8~3.2 GHz带宽内,天线单元以及监测网络总口VSWR均小于1.5;天线单元两维3 d B波束宽度θE!θH=95°×120°;监测网络总口到天线单元的插损幅度为-40 d B±1.5 d B,插损归一化相位为±10°。该设计能够很好地满足数字阵雷达宽角扫描以及内检测校正等使用要求。In order to reduce the amount of cables and connectors in the digital phased array antenna including array antenna and monitoring network,a novel antenna array integrated with monitoring network is presented in this paper. With aperture coupling,the integrative design of antenna array and monitoring network is highly integrated and reliable. Some technical specifications are achieved:Within the bandwidth range of 2. 8 ~ 3. 2 GHz,the VSWRs of antenna element and monitoring network are both less than 1. 5; 3 d B beam width θE!θH= 95° × 120°; the amplitude of the insertion loss between antenna element and monitoring network:- 40 d B ± 1. 5d B; the normalized phase of the insertion loss: ± 10°. The design satisfies the application of digital radar wide range scanning and internal monitoring.
