摘  要:师生关系的心理教育价值是指师生关系对于学生心理成长的有用性或者"效用",是以促进学生心理发展需要为依据,对师生关系有用性的看法和评价。主要体现在以下方面:形成自我概念,影响人格特点;调节社会认知,影响智能发展;丰富情感体验,影响学业动机;体验人际互动,影响社会适应。要实现师生关系的心理教育价值,教师要学会运用尊重、积极关注和共情等心理策略。The value of proper teacher-student relationship education lies in its usefulness or "utility" for students' psychological growth. The students' psychological needs are met in the process of expressing their opinions or evaluating proper teacher-student relationship. This value manifests itself in the following processes: forming self-concept and effecting personality characteristics; adjusting social cognition and effecting intelligence development; enriching emotional experience and effecting academic motivation; experiencing the interpersonal interaction and effecting social adaptation. To implement this value, the teacher has need to be well-versed in strategies for instilling respect, positive regard and empathy.
