摘　　要：目的梳理建国后的相关文献,明晰我国妇幼健康公平领域的理论基础、研究现状及发展趋势。方法通过时间分布图、研究内容和方法分布图、高频共引文献及引证文献列表,对CNKI数据库中的妇幼健康公平的中文文献进行元分析。结果2000-2015年,我国妇幼健康公平领域的研究逐步增多;理论和实证研究齐头并进;研究内容较为丰富,其中,健康公平概念的界定以及健康公平影响因素的研究相对较多。结论我国妇幼健康公平的研究仍处于理论基础奠定阶段,较为关注收入对健康的效应,测量方法多为单因素分析法,健康指标未能使用健康自评指标,研究水平多为地区水平。Objective To review the literatures about theoretical principles, research status, and development trend of equity of maternal and child health. Methods The Chinese literatures about equity of maternal and child health in CNKI were analyzed by meta analysis through time distribution map, research contents and methods distribution maps, high- frequency cocitation and citation documents. Results From 2000 to 2015, the studies about equity of maternal and child health increased gradually; there was a balance between theoret- ic research and instantiation research; the research contents were rich, and the researches about concept of equity in health and influencing factors were very popular in China. Conclusion In China, the researches about equity of maternal and child health is just beginning, more studies are about the effect of health on wealth, and single factor analysis is the main method; health self-evaluation indexes are used rarely, and the researches are just about disparities of health in different regions.
