穴位疗法在妊娠期高血压疾病术后合并心力衰竭患者中的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨穴位疗法在妊娠期高血压疾病(HDCP)术后并发急性心衰患者中的临床应用效果。方法将51例HDCP剖宫产术后并发心衰患者随机分实验组26例与对照组25例,对照组给予常规治疗和护理,实验组在常规治疗护理的同时应用穴位疗法,每天3次按摩双侧内关、神门、足三里、三阴交穴位,每次4个穴位各按摩10 min。结果术后并发心力衰竭第1天两组患者胸闷、心慌、呼吸困难、紫绀、双下肢水肿等临床表现及心衰标志物N末端B型钠尿肽原(N T-pro BNP)等指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后并发心力衰竭第3天、第5天实验组上述指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实验组经穴位疗法、系统诊治及精心观察护理,提高了妊娠期高血压疾病围手术期并发心衰患者的治愈率,缩短住院时间,有效提高临床护理质量。Objective To explore the clinical application effect of acupoint therapy in treatment of postoperative patients with heart failure combined with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy （HDCP） . Methods Fifty-one patients with heart failure ＇after cesarean section were selected and randomly divided into experimental group （26 cases） and control group （25 cases） . The patients in control group were given routine nursing care. On the basis of routine nursing, the patients in experimental group were given acupuncture therapy, bilateral massage of Shenmen, Neiguan, Zusanli, and Sanyinjiao was conducted three times a day, one acupuncture point for 10 minutes each time. Results There was no statistically significant difference in clinical manifestations （such as chest distress, palpitation, dyspnea, cyanosis, double lower limbs edema） and heart failure marker （NT-proBNP） on the first day between the two groups （P〉0. 05 ） ; the above-mentioned indexes on the third day and the fifth day in experimental group were statistically significantly better than those in control group （P〈 0. 05） . Conclusion Acupuncture point therapy, systematic diagnosis and treatment, and careful observation and nursing can improve the cure rate of patients with HDCP complicated with heart failure, shorten the length of hospital stay, effectively improve the quality of clinical nursing.
