参芪失笑散加减联合米非司酮治疗围绝经期功能性子宫出血的效果

摘　　要：目的分析参芪失笑散加减联合米非司酮治疗围绝经期功能性子宫出血的临床效果。方法选取2015年2月~2016年2月在浙江省安吉县妇幼保健院妇产科接受治疗的围绝经期功能性子宫出血的患者102例,随机分为2组即对照组和观察组,每组51例。对照组予米非司酮治疗,观察组予参芪失笑散加减联合米非司酮治疗。对比2组治疗效果,治疗前后性激素水平变化及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗后总有效率（94.12%）明显高于对照组（78.43%）（P〈0.05）;2组患者治疗后促卵泡激素（FSH）、雌二醇（E2）、黄体生成素（LH）、孕酮（P）水平明显优于治疗前,且治疗后观察组上述指标水平改善明显优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组不良反应总发生率（15.68%）明显低于对照组（37.24%）（P〈0.05）。结论围绝经期功能性子宫出血的患者采用参芪失笑散加减联合米非司酮治疗的效果显著,可以明显改善患者性激素的水平,且不良反应少,安全性高。Objective To analyze clinical effect of Shenqi Shixiaosan powder addition and subtraction combined with mifepristone in the treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding during peri-menopausal period. Methods 102 cases of patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding during perimenopausal period from February 2015 to February 2016 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups： the control group and the observation group, 51 patients in each group. The patients of the control group only were given mifepristone treatment, and the patients of the observation group were treated by Shenqi Sbixiaosan powder addition and subtraction combined with mifepristone treatment. The treatment effect, occurrence change, sex hormone level, adverse reaction were compared between two groups before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the total efficiency rate （94. 12% ） in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group （78.43%）, with statistically significant difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; after treatment, FSH, E2, Ln, P levels were significantly better than before treatment and the above levels of the observation group were significantly better than the control group, with statistical significance （P 〈 0. 05 ）. After treatment, adverse reaction incidence rate （ 15.68% ） of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group （37.24%）, with statistical significant difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The treatment effect of Shenqi Shixiaosan powder addition and subtraction combined with mifepristone in the treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding during peri-menopausal period is significant, could significantly improve the patients＇ sex hormone levels, and lower adverse reactions with high security.
