摘　　要：洪水风险图编制是防灾减灾中一项重要的非工程措施,而其成果报告是指导洪水风险图应用的关键。就洪水风险图成果报告中的基础资料、模型构建、计算条件、模型验证和成果整理等关键问题进行了全面深入的探讨;针对不同的具体问题提出了相应的解决方案。研究成果可为湖北省洪水风险图成果报告编制与应用提供科技支撑,对其他省份或地区洪水风险图成果报告编制具有借鉴意义。Flood risk mapping is an important non- structure measure in disaster prevention and reduction and the result report is the key to guide the flood risk map application. We made a comprehensive and in- depth discussion on several key issues in the result reports of flood risk map,such as basic data,model building,calculation condition,model verification,result processing etc. and put forward the corresponding solutions aiming at different problems. The research achievement can provide scientific support for the compilation and application of result reports of flood risk map in Hubei Province,which are reference for the compilation of flood risk map in other provinces and regions.
