摘  要:针对全球首个AP1000核电站建造过程中需要进行大量的焊接工艺和焊工操作技能评定的问题,本文总结了几种减少评定工作量的方法,通过考虑工艺评定变素的覆盖范围和工艺评定转移来减少焊接工艺评定的数量,通过不同资格项目的同步评定、不同标准资格项目的认定和以评代考来减少焊工操作技能评定的数量。这些方法不仅能够减少不必要的重复劳动,节省工程建造成本,而且能够提高核电站焊接管理水平。这些方法和思路也可以供其他行业的焊接工程师们参考,旨在抛砖引玉,共同促进焊接技术的发展。For the issue that there was a lot of welding procedure qualifications and welder performance qualifications need to be performed during the construction of the first AP1000 nuclear power plant. In this text, it was summarized that some methods to reduce the quantity of qualifications, the quantity of procedure qualifications can be reduced by evaluating the qualified range of every variable and transferring procedure qualifications, the quantity of welder performance qualifications could be reduced by synchronizing qualifications per different codes, accepting qualifications from other code and getting performance qualification from procedure qualification. All these methods could reduce unnecessary repetitive labor, reduce the cost of project and promote the management of nuclear plant,and also could be referred by welding engineers in other industries. It aimed at throwing away a brick in order to get a gem to promote development of welding technology.
