摘  要:沙特阿拉伯某些碳酸盐岩储层通过高基质酸化率增产措施已不能有效地恢复和提高产量。酸压重复处理需要绕过损害区并且实现扩大有效的新的蚀刻裂缝长度,所以完井不合格井是压裂首选。本文主要是集中对重复压裂枯竭的碳酸盐岩油藏研究,以及对候选井的选择和处理方案的设计、执行和评估。本文讨论在过去已经被酸化压裂处理过的,并且生产超过20年产量显著下降的井。在除锈操作之前,井被隔离,通过向储层注入大量的碳酸钙芯片,当4.5英寸油管和7英寸衬管完成除锈时,近井筒附加破坏被无意从7英寸衬管的沉淀和破碎结垢引入到地层。随后,酸压处理将有效地增加岩石体积,减少井筒附近通过诱导形成的破坏。二次回流液的增产分析表明,使用重复压裂技术处理后,为枯竭油气藏提高了生产能力。Saudi Arabia some carbonate reservoirs by high rates of matrix acidizing stimulation measures have not effectively restore and increase production.Acid fracturing treatment was repeated need to bypass the damage area and expand the effective realization of the new etching crack length, well completion failure fracturing choice.This article is focused on the study of carbonate reservoirs refracturing depletion,as well as the candidate well selection and processing program design,implementation and evaluation.This article discusses in the past have been treated with acid fracturing, and the annual production of more than 20 wells decreased significantly. Before descaling operation,by injecting large amounts of calcium carbonate to the chip reservoir, well isolated.When 4.5 inches and 7 inches pipe liner complete rust, additional near-wellbore damage from unintentional precipitation 7 inches of the liner and broken fouling introduced into the formation.Subsequently,the acid fracturing treatment will effectively increase the volume of rock,reducing damage by inducing the formation near the wellbore. Yield analysis showed that the secondary reflux, the use of repeated fracturing process for depleted reservoirs increased production capacity.
