摘  要:随着风电装机容量的增加,对电网的风电接纳能力提出严峻挑战,对含风电场的电力系统规划和运行提出了更高的要求。电力系统的中长期规划和运行调度涉及对大量场景和方案的分析评价,如何形成具有代表性的典型场景以兼顾计算效率和精度是亟需解决的问题。该文提出一种典型场景集生成方法,对计算周期内风电及负荷数据进行聚类分析、消减融合,形成能够反映计算周期内历史数据特征的典型场景集。以某省级电网为例,对比分析典型场景集法和传统时序仿真法、典型日法的风电接纳能力和经济性指标,研究典型场景个数与计算精度的关系。结果表明,应用该方法生成的典型场景集特征明显,有较高的精确度和计算效率,具有工程应用价值。The increasing capacity of wind farm proposes severe challenges to its integration capability and higher requirements for the power system's planning and operation. The middle/long-term planning and dispatching of power system pertains to the analysis and evaluation for the vast variety of scenarios and solutions. Therefore, the approach to capture typical scenarios at a desirable efficiency and precision is impending. This paper proposed a typical scenario set generating method which consist of cluster analysis and subtraction & merge to the wind farm output as well as power load within computing periods, and produce a set of typical scenarios which features the characteristic of the history data within the computing period. A provincial power grid was chosen as an example to compare the wind power grid integration and economic indices of the typical scenario set method with the traditional time sequence simulation method as well as typical day method. The correlation between the number of scenario and achievable computation precision was also discussed. The results show that the typical scenario set generating method proposed has high accuracy and efficiency in computation, and thus presents substantial engineering value.
