摘 要:无刷直流电机在非换相区间,控制方式类似于直流电机。但在换相过程中,三相都参与机电能量转换,因此将三相交流电机控制中常采用的坐标变换理论,引入到的换相区间分析中,得到换相过程电流和换相时间的约束条件。结合逆变器所能输出的电压约束条件,利用图解方法得到抑制换相转矩脉动且最小换相时间的换相控制方法,该方法较电路求解法,更为直观且易于理解。最后通过实验验证文中的方法。The control ofBrushless DC motors is similar to DC motors in the non-commutation process. Three-phase is involved in electromechanical energy conversion in the commutation process, so a new analytical method of Brushless DC motors was proposed employing the three-phase AC motor coordinate transformation theory. The constraints of commutation currents and commutation time were obtained. And the graphical method analysis of the brushless DC motor commutation torque ripple suppression method was proposed, combined with the constraints of the inverter output voltage. The control method was deduced with shortest commutation time. This method was intuitive and easy to understand compared with the circuit solving method. Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness of the method was verified by experiments.
