摘　　要：目的识别、检测、评价深圳市龙岗区某石英表制造企业的职业病危害因素和职业病危害防护措施，为建设项目职业病防护设施竣工验收提供科学依据。方法采取职业卫生现场调查和现场检测等方法进行综合分析，开展定性和定量评价。结果该项目生产过程中产生的主要职业病危害因素有二氯甲烷、丙酮、正己烷和噪声，检测点合格率为100％。各岗位化学物职业病危害程度分级主要为0-1级。各岗位8h等效声级均未超过85dB（A），尚未定级。结论该项目的职业病危害风险较轻微，控制措施有效。[objective] To identify, detect and evaluate the occupational hazards and control measures in a quartz watch factory in Longgang District of Shenzhen City, and provide evidence for the completion inspection and acceptance of occupational- disease-prevention facilities in construction projects. [Methods] The qualitative and quantitative evaluation was conducted via occupational health field investigation and field inspection. [ Results] The main occupational hazards in this project included methylene chloride, acetone, n-hexane and noise. And the qualified rates of monitoring points were 100%. The results of classification of occupational hazards showed the risk level for chemical hazards were class 0-1. In addition,the results of LEx.8h of noise of every posts were within 85 dB （A）, not yet been graded. [ Conclusion ] The occupational hazards are at slight level in this project. The control measures are effective.
