摘 要:目的探讨壹期矽肺患者血清中血红素氧合酶-1(HO-1)、脂质过氧化产物(LPO)和γ-干扰素诱导蛋白10(IP-10)水平变化及意义。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法检测62例壹期矽肺(矽肺组)、37例具有与矽肺组相同接尘条件的健康井下接尘矿工(接尘组)和35例非接尘井上健康人员(对照组)血清中HO-1水平;用Luminex流式荧光技术检测血清中IP-10水平;化学比色法检测血清中LPO水平。结果与对照组比较,接尘组血清中LPO水平明显升高,IP-10水平明显降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),矽肺组血清中LPO和IP-10水平均明显升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01和P<0.05);与接尘组比较,矽肺组血清中HO-1水平显著降低,IP-10水平明显升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05和P<0.01);饮酒矽肺患者血清中HO-1水平低于非饮酒矽肺患者(P<0.05);壹期矽肺患者血清中LPO与IP-10呈负相关(r=-0.407,P值=0.015)。结论壹期矽肺患者血清中HO-1、LPO及IP-10水平异常与矽肺发生发展有关;饮酒可影响壹期矽肺患者血清中HO-1水平。[ Objective ] To explore the changes and their significances of hemeoxygenase- 1 (HO- 1 ),lipid peroxide (LPO) and interferon-γ-induced protein 10 (IP-10) levels in serum of stage I silicosis patients. [Methods] The levels of serum HO-1 were detected in 62 cases of stage I silicosis (silicosis group),37 cases of healthy miner (dust-exposed group) and 35 cases of healthy control above well (control group) by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays,the levels of IP-10 were detected by a Luminex and the levels of LPO by chemistry colorimetric method. [ Results ] In comparison with control group,the levels of serum LPO were significantly increased and the levels of serum IP-10 were significantly reduced in dust-exposed group (both P〈0.O1 ) ,but the levels of serum LPO and IP-10 were significantly higher in silicosis group(P〈0.01,P〈0.05). The levels of serum HO-1 were significantly lower and the levels of serum IP-10 were significantly higher in silicosis group than those of dust-exposed group (P〈0.01, P〈0.05). The levels of serum HO-1 in drinking silicosis patients were significantly lower compared with non-drinking patients (P〈0.05). Additionally,there was a negative correlation between LPO and IP-10 in stage I silicosis (r=-0.407,P=0.015). [Conclusion] The abnormal serum levels of HO-1 ,LPO and IP-10 are associated with the development of silicosis. Drinking can affect the levels of serum HO-1 in silicosis patients.
