2011—2015年上海市金山区公共场所用品用具的卫生状况

摘　　要：目的了解上海市金山区公共场所用品用具卫生状况，评价公共场所卫生水平，为今后更好地进行监督管理提供依据。方法对2011—2015年上海市金山区公共场所公共用品卫生监测情况进行分析。结果5年累计检测176家公共场所的用品用具1099份，合格1009份，合格率为91．81％。2011-2015年的监测合格率分别为94．25％、79．17％、94．30％、93．69％、97．11％，差异有统计学意义（χ2=59．38，P〈0．05）。旅店业合格率为93．36％，理发美容业为98．18％，足浴业为77．33％，公共浴室为86．96％，差异有统计学意义（χ2=65．41，P〈0．05）。细菌总数合格率为91．53％，霉菌为79．04％，大肠菌群为98．99％，金黄色葡萄球菌为99．62％，差异有统计学意义（χ2=235．89，P〈0．05）。结论上海市金山区公共场所用品用具整体卫生状况较好，但足浴业的合格率较低，应继续加强卫生监督监测，提高卫生消毒质量。[ Objective ] To understand the sanitary status of supplies and utensils in public places in Jinshan District of Shanghai, evaluate the health level in public places, and provide scientific basis for supervision and monitoring in the future.[Methods] The sanitary monitoring status of supplies in public places in Jinshan District of Shanghai from 2011-2015 were analyzed. [Results]Totally 1 099 samples of supplies and utensils from 176 public places were detected in five years, and 1 009 were qualified with the qualified rate of 91.81%. From 2011 to 2015, the annual qualified rate was respectively 94.25%, 79.17%, 94.30%, 93.69% and 97.11%, and the difference was statistically significant （X2=59.38, P〈0.05）. The qualified rate of the hotel industry, beauty salon industry, foot bath industry and bathhouse was respectively 93.36%, 98.18%, 77.33% and 86.96 %, and the difference was statistically significant （χ2=65.41, P〈0.05）. The qualified rate of the total bacterial count, mycete, coliform bacteria and staphylococcus aureus was respectively 91.53%, 79.04%, 98.99% and 99.62%, and the difference was statistically significant （χ2=235.89, P〈0.05）. [ Conclusion ] The sanitary status of supplies and utensils in public places in Jinshan District of Shanghai is good, but the qualified rate for the foot bath industry is low. It is necessary to strengthen the supervision and monitoring to improve the hygienic quality in public places of Jinshan District.
