摘 要:文章深入探讨常见电芯电压平衡电路,研究各平衡电路的特性与适用性,进而提出一新型的全局型主动式互补平衡电路。本研究所设计的平衡电路使用特殊的光继电器开关组件及电路逻辑,以内部整组串联电池组经由隔离型DC-DC电源转换器转换成适合单电芯电压与电流做为单电芯平衡充电电源,并以此平衡充电电源对串联电池组内部各电芯来做全局型互补电路,使得本文所选用互补电路能做到高效率及高互补平衡电流,突破以往串联电池组在串联电芯电压平衡上使用被动电阻式放电效率低的困境。This article depth common cell voltage balance circuit, research features and suitability of each balanced circuit, and then propose a new type of global complementary active balance circuit. The Institute balanced circuit design using a special optical relay switch components and circuit logic to the internal battery pack to convert the entire group through a series of isolated DC-DC power converter to fit a single cell voltage and current as a single-cell balance charge power, and thus balance the charging power supply to the internal battery pack each series batteries do global complementary circuit such complementary circuits can choose herein achieve high efficiency and high complementary balance the current, breaking the previous series battery cell voltage in series use passive resistance on the plight of low discharge efficiency balance.
