摘 要:畸变屈曲是冷弯型钢结构稳定设计的重要屈曲模式之一,正逐步受到人们的重视。传统的有效宽度法难以解决畸变屈曲计算问题,在新近提出的直接强度法中,弹性畸变屈曲应力f_(od)的求解是畸变屈曲计算的关键。利用现有文献数据,针对冷弯薄壁卷边槽钢轴压柱,分析了截面各种几何参数对畸变屈曲应力f_(od)的影响,在此基础上拟合得到了f_(od)的计算式,从而提出可用于直接强度法的卷边槽形冷弯薄壁型钢柱弹性畸变屈曲实用计算式。该式不仅简单实用、物理意义明确,而且具有较高工程精度,既摆脱了对专用计算程序的依赖,又避免了繁琐的计算。Distortional buckling is an important buckling mode governing the stability design of cold-formed steel structures. As one of several strength-governing modes,distortional buckling is receiving more attentions. The calculation of distortional buckling is a hard task for the traditional Effective Area Method( EAM). The calculation of elastic distortional buckling fodis the key and difficult points for the newly proposed Direct Strength Method( DSM). Based on the existing literature data,the influence of geometric parameters on fodof cold-formed thin-walled lipped channel columns under axial pressure were discussed and the calculating formula for fodwas obtained. Then a practical calculation method used in the DSM for cross-section design was presented. The formula is simple in calculation process with definite physical meanings and is quite accurate to meet the engineering requirements. At the same time,the formula is not only independent on the dedicated computer program but also avoid the redundant calculations.
