摘　　要：拜占庭印章是独立于文献资料之外的又一种探究拜占庭历史的重要依据。由于印章具有标明身份的特点,因此,对拜占庭印章及其图案、铭文之分析,有助于揭示印章持有者的身份特征、社会地位等问题,进而重构对拜占庭社会的政治、经济和文化结构的理解,还原历史真相。目前,虽然已有大量拜占庭印章被发掘出来,但是绝大部分还未经系统整理,对其研究仍处于初始阶段。因此,该领域尚有很大的研究空间。In addition to literature,Byzantine seals are another important source for uncovering Byzantine history.Since sealscharacteristic of showing identity,the study of seals and their iconographies and inscriptions will be of value to the clarity of the identity and social status of the seals holders,and futher promotes the reconstruction of political,economic and cultural structure of the Byzantine Empire,recovering its history.Though lots of Byzantine seals have been found,however,most of which are still not sorted and catalogued,thus,the study on them is still in the preliminary phase,and there is space for its further study,and it will be of high use to the development of Byzantine Studies.
