摘　　要："一带一路"战略自提出以来,其双起点至今尚未明确,现有认识只是尊重和沿袭丝路历史的结果,未必是我国外向型经济空间布局的理想选择。在世界新地缘政治前景下和我国全方位对外开放要求下,本着"欲外开,先内联"的思路,提出"一带一路"历史起点向东向北延伸与我国全域开放"π"字型骨架经济空间布局构想,介绍了该构想下的四种可能的起点组合方案,并做了战略辨析与前景展望。认为"一带一路"战略引领下的中国全域开放"π"字型骨架以经济合作和文化交流为主线,更具统领性、开放性、开拓性、包容性和弹性,是我国最高层级的全域开放型经济空间战略,其终极目标是促进中国与全球互联,推动中国全域发展。Since＂ the Belt and Road Initiative＂（B ＆ R） was proposed, the two starting points have not been clarified. The present understanding of B ＆ R stems from the respect and following of the history of the Silk Road, which may not be an ideal choice for the spatial distribution of China＇ s export-oriented economy. Under the new world geopolitical outlook and all-round opening up request of China and based on the the spirit of ＂to open outward, first connect inside＂, the ＂ Pi＂ shaped frame of economic layout for China＇ s comprehensive development is proposed with the historical starting points moving to the noah and east. Four possible combination schemes under this idea and the strategic analysis and outlook are introduced. Taking economic cooperation and cultural exchanges as the mainline, the ＂Pi＂shaped frame of economic layout for China＇ s comprehensive development under the leadership of the B ＆ R is much more leading, open, pioneering, inclusive and flexible. Its ultimate goal is to promote interconnecting between the world and China and push forward China＇ s comprehensive development.
