摘　　要：根据浮选药剂雾化原理,研发了用于选煤厂浮选药剂分散、添加、混合作用的管道式煤浆预处理器;该处理器利用一定压力的高速射流及其管道内的负压作用,提高了煤浆的矿化效果;通过首次在贺西煤矿选煤厂的工业性应用,证明该煤浆预处理器运行平稳、可靠,能够大幅降低浮选药剂消耗量。Based on the principle of atomization of flotation reagent, a pre-treatment facility developed for dispersion,addition and mixing of flotation reagents,in which high velocity jet under pressure employed incorporated with negative pressure within pipe,the mineralization of coal slurry thus increased. its first application at Hexi Coal Preparation Plant denoted that it operates stable and reliable, the consumption of flotation reagent reduced in large extent.
