摘  要:以一台发生水冷壁高温腐蚀的300 MW电站燃煤对冲锅炉为对象,通过不同工况下的水冷壁贴壁气氛测试,系统研究了侧墙水冷壁贴壁气氛在炉膛高度方向、深度方向及不同磨组下的分布规律,并分析了原因。在此基础上,进一步对贴壁处CO及O_2浓度进行了统计分析,发现了CO浓度稳定降低的O_2浓度临界值,提出了判断高温腐蚀倾向性的贴壁气氛控制指标。相关研究有助于加深对水冷壁高温腐蚀规律的认识,并可对锅炉运行和燃烧调整提供有益的指导。Based on a 300 MW power plant opposed firing boiler with water-wall high temperature corrosion, tests of near water-wall flue gas atmosphere at different conditions were carried out. Near water-wall flue gas distribution at furnace height, depth direction and the different pulverizers combination was investigated and analyzed. Through data analysis of near-wall CO and O_2 concentrations at all the experiment conditions, the critical value of O_2 concentration which is relative to a stable low CO concentration was determined. On this basis, the index for controlling the trend of high temperature corrosion is proposed. The related research is helpful to deepen the understanding of the high temperature corrosion rule of water-wall, and can provide useful guidance for boiler operation and combustion adjustment.
