摘 要:利用钢渣代替金刚砂作为骨料制备混凝土地面用水泥基耐磨材料,研究了钢渣替代量、钢渣细度及可再分散乳胶粉掺量对耐磨材料力学性能和耐磨性的影响规律,并通过超景深三维显微系统和扫描电子显微镜对耐磨材料进行微观结构分析。试验结果表明,钢渣替代量越大,耐磨材料性能越差;适量的胶粉可以提高耐磨材料的强度并改善其耐磨性能,其胶粉最佳掺量为1.5%;钢渣与金刚砂之间的颗粒级配对耐磨材料力学性能及耐磨性有显著影响。本试验采用替代量20%的70目钢渣替代60目金刚砂配制耐磨材料,其力学性能与耐磨性可以满足I型耐磨材料的要求。Concrete floor hardener(CFH)with steel slag as the aggregate replacing emery was prepared in the test.The influence was studied that of amount of replacement and the fineness of steel slag,the dosage of redispersible emulsion powder exerts on the mechanical properties and wear resistance of CFH.Then microscopic structure was analyzed with three-dimensional ultra-depth microscope and SEM. The experimental results show that the larger the replacement of steel slag was,the worse the CHF’s performance.The right amount of re-dispersible emulsion powder could increase the strength of CFH and improve its wear resistance,and the optimum dosage of the powder was 1.5%.The distribution of grain sizes for steel slag and emery has remarkable effect on mechanical properties and wear resistance.In the test,CFH was prepared with 20% of 70 mesh steel slag instead of 60 mesh emery and that could meet the need in mechanical properties and wear resistance of CFH,Type I.
