摘  要:为了确定玻化微珠保温混凝土抗折强度与抗压强度的关系,试验设计了3个不同强度等级C50、C60、C70的保温混凝土,并对保温混凝土的导热系数、150 mm的立方体抗压强度、100 mm的立方体抗压强度和100 mm×100 mm×400 mm试块的抗折强度进行研究。试验结果表明:随着保温混凝土强度等级的增加,导热系数和立方体抗压强度逐渐增加,立方体抗压强度尺寸效应越来越明显;随着强度等级的增加,保温混凝土的抗折强度逐渐增加,但是折压比逐渐减小,并得出抗折强度与抗压强度的关系式;C50保温混凝土的抗压和抗折破坏断面较粗糙,而C60和C70保温混凝土的破坏断面较平整。To determine the relationship between flexural strength and compressive strength of glazed hollow bead thermal insulation concrete,three different strength levels which was C50,C60,C70 were designed,in addition the thermal conductivity,compressive strength of cube specimens with the dimension of 150 mm and 100 mm,and flexural strength of prism specimens with the dimension of 100 mm×100 mm×400 mm were studied.The test results indicate that with the increase of strength level of thermal insulation concrete,the thermal conductivity and compressive strength increase,and the size effect of compressive strength of cube specimens is more obvious. And the flexural strength increases with the increase of strength level of thermal insulation concrete,but the ratio of flexural strength to compressive strength becomes small,then the relationship formula between flexural strength and compressive strength is given.It can be concluded that the fracture sections of compressive strength and flexural strength of C60 and C70 are more smooth than that of C50.
