大落差竖直向下浇筑混凝土施工方案分析

摘　　要：针对松江深坑酒店工程中竖直向下80 m大落差浇筑混凝土的需求,研究在满足施工性能的条件下,确保混凝土的顺利浇筑,达到不堵管不离析的目的。分析以下两种施工技术,一为向下泵送技术,二为满管溜槽输送技术。基于两种施工技术设计两套施工方案,经受力分析以及施工安排对比两个施工方案的安全性、经济性、施工可行性,选择满管溜槽输送方案更符合实际工程需要。The content of this thesis is aimed at the need of 80 meter-high drop downward concrete pouring.The main point is ensuring the smooth concrete pouring and avoiding concrete segregation when meeting the construction performance.Two construction technology is analyzed in this article.One is downward pumping,another is full pipe chute pouring.And there are two schemes based on two construc-tion technology.The full pipe chute pouring scheme meets the project better through mechanics analysis and comparison of security,econo-my and workability.
