摘  要:以加权专利合作网络为研究对象,通过建立新能源汽车的技术专利检索表达式,筛选出所需要的相关专利数据,构建基于新能源汽车的加权专利合作网络,运用社会网络分析方法,深度挖掘新能源汽车的加权专利合作网络基本结构、内部结构、网络关联性、社团结构以及重要节点等结构特征。研究结果表明:新能源汽车的加权专利合作网络具有幂律分布的特性;企业和个人在新能源汽车的专利合作申请中占据主导地位,北上广等经济发达地区是该网络节点的重要组成;度值较大的专利申请人呈现明显的连接偏好,节点的权重比度值增加的更快,网络具有同配性质;国家电网公司是该网络最为重要的节点,浙江吉利以及重庆长安等汽车转型制造商占据该网络中的重要位置。最后给出促进新能源汽车产业发展的对策和建议。This paper takes a weighted network of the patent cooperation as the research object and builds the weighted patent cooperation network of new energy vehicles through establishing new energy vehicle technical patent search expression and filter out the patent data. This paper uses social network analysis method to analyze the basic network structure, internal structure, network relevancy, community structure and important node excavating structure features of the weighted patent cooperation network for new energy vehicles. The result shows that the weighted patent cooperation network of the new energy vehicles has the power-law distribution characteristics; companies and individuals dominate in the patent cooperation apply of new energy vehicles; the developed regions such as Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou took an important role in the network nodes; the patent applicants with more value has more obvious connection preference and connection weight of nodes increases faster than degree and network has the same distribution properties; state grid corporation of China is the most important node of the network and ZheJiang JiLi Company and ChongQing Chang'an automobile and other transformation manufacturers occupy important positions in the network. Finally, we provide some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of new energy automotive industry.
