摘 要:对管材进行涡流检测时,如何选择槽或孔作为评判人工缺陷的灵敏度的标准一直是设计和使用单位重点关注的问题。通过理论分析,对某管材上3.0 mm(长)×0.075 mm(宽)×0.050mm(深)槽、Φ0.3mm通孔人工缺陷涡流检测灵敏度进行对比。结果表明:对于上述槽、孔人工缺陷的灵敏度对比是有条件的,在探头频率小于某个值时,孔缺陷的灵敏度高于槽缺陷的灵敏度;在该频率时,孔的灵敏度等于槽的灵敏度;大于该频率时,孔的灵敏度低于槽的灵敏度。在理论分析的基础上,在低频段通过外穿、内穿及笔式探头开展试验研究,验证了理论分析的正确性。It is quite a important problem for design organizations and use units to choose grooves or holes as artificial discontinuities in ET for tubes.In this paper,first,through theoretical analysis,the sensitivity contrastive analysis is made between a groove and a hole,the size of the groove is 3.0 mm(length)× 0.075 mm(width)×0.050mm(depth),the diameter of the through hole is Φ0.3mm.The theoretical analysis indicates that:when the frequency is higher than a certain value,the sensitivity of the groove is higher than the hole;when the frequency equals the value,the sensitivity of the two equals;when the frequency is lower than the value,the sensitivity of the groove is lower than the hole.And finally,several experiments using the external through coil,internal through coil and pen probe have been done,and it is confirmed that the results of the theoretical analysis are right.
