摘  要:本试验采用单因子完全随机设计,研究不同加工工艺的饵料对鲍鱼生产性能和水质的影响。选择鲍壳径长40 mm左右的皱纹盘鲍900只,按体重随机分成3个组,分别饲喂配合饵料制粒料、配合饵料膨化料、原料豆粕发酵+饵料膨化+优质蛋白粉+微生态制剂环保料(EM菌液),每组3个重复,每个重复100只。试验期为106 d。试验结果表明:(1)从水质变化来看,饵料膨化会提高饵料的消化率,使水质保持良好的状态;尤其是豆粕发酵后膨化并加入EM菌液和优质蛋白粉,水质更优,效果更好。(2)从饲喂效果看,饵料膨化会比普通制粒效果好,生长速度提高,增重提高,鲍鱼壳径长度增长较快;当豆粕发酵后饵料膨化并加入优质蛋白粉和EM菌液后,生长速度提高,增重提高更加明显,鲍鱼壳径长度增长更快。由此可见,在整个饲喂过程中,原料豆粕进行发酵后,配合饵料进行膨化并加入优质蛋白粉和微生态制剂(EM菌液)饲喂鲍鱼,更能保持水质优良,且生产性能更佳。The single factor completely random design was conducted to study the effect of different processing baits on abalone production performance and water quality.A total of 900 Haliotis discus hannai with ear shell about 40 mm diameter long were selected and randomly divided into three groups according to body weight,respectively fed with bait granulating,bait puffing bait puffing adding probiotics and superior albumen powder with raw soybean meal fermentation.Each group had three replicates of 100 each.The trial lasted 106 days.The results were as follows:(1)Bait puffing had better feed digestibility so as to make water quality better.Bait puffing adding probiotics and superior albumen powder with raw soybean meal fermentation made water quality much better.(2)Abalone fed with bait puffing had faster growth,more weight increment and more abalone shell length than abalone fed with bait granulating.Abalone grew much faster with much more weight increment and abalone shell length fed with bait puffing adding probiotics and superior albumen powder with raw soybean meal fermentation.It was concluded that,fed with bait puffing adding probiotics and superior albumen powder with raw soybean meal fermentation,abalone production performance was much better with much better water quality.
