摘 要:目的:探讨心肌康注射液对乳鼠心肌细胞缺氧缺糖性损伤的保护作用。方法:实验分正常组、模型组、心肌康1.5 g/L组、心肌康3.0 g/L组4组,细胞培养3 d后,分别进行相应的处理,观察心肌细胞的搏动频率,分光光度法测定心肌细胞LDH(乳酸脱氢酶)含量,细胞化学染色观察心肌细胞LDH及SDH(琥珀酸脱氢酶)活性。结果:与正常组比较,模型组心肌细胞搏动频率明显减少;心肌康注射液2组心肌细胞搏动频率明显增加,与模型组比较,差异具统计学意义(P<0.05)。与正常组比较,模型组心肌细胞LDH及SDH活性明显降低,LDH含量明显升高;心肌康2组心肌细胞LDH及SDH活性较模型组显著增强,LDH含量明显降低,统计学处理差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:心肌康注射液对心肌细胞缺氧缺糖性损伤具有保护作用。Objective: To explore the protective effect of Xinjikang Injection on myocardial cells with ischemia and anoxic injury. Methods: Experiment was divided into 4 groups,normal,model,Xinjikang(1. 5 g / L)and Xinjikang(3. 0 g / L) groups,myocardial cells of each group were cultured for 3 days,then each group was given the corresponding treatment,beat frequency of myocardial cell was recorded,LDH content of myocardial cell was determined by spectrophotometry,LDH and SDH activities were examined by cytochemical staining method. Results: To compare with normal group,the beat frequency of myocardial cell in model group was reduced obviously,that in the two Xinjikang Injection groups was significantly raised; the differences between model and Xinjikang Injection groups were obvious( P〈0. 05). To compare with normal group,LDH and SDH activities of myocardial cells in model group were decreased,LDH content in cells was increased,the activities of LDH and SDH in the two Xinjikang groups were enhanced and LDH content was decreased; the differences were significant( P〈0. 05). Conclusion: Xinjikang Injection can protect myocardial cells from ischemia and anoxic injury.
