水芹总黄酮对免疫抑制小鼠免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察水芹总黄酮对免疫抑制小鼠免疫功能的调节作用。方法:昆明种小鼠皮下注射氢化可的松建立免疫功能低下模型。实验分正常组、模型组及水芹总黄酮高、中、低剂量组;正常组及模型组给予生理盐水灌胃,水芹总黄酮各剂量组分别灌胃给予300、200、100 mg/kg水芹总黄酮,连续给药14 d,分别测定小鼠碳廓清指数、血清溶血素水平、免疫器官指数和迟发型变态反应。结果:水芹总黄酮各剂量组均能够不同程度的提高免疫功能低下模型小鼠的碳粒廓清指数K(P<0.01,P<0.05),促进鸡红细胞致敏小鼠溶血素的生成(P<0.01,P<0.05),升高胸腺指数和脾脏指数(P<0.01,P<0.05),提高迟发型变态反应水平(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:水芹总黄酮能提高免疫功能低下小鼠的体液免疫、细胞免疫和非特异性免疫功能。Objective： To observe the effects of total flavone extract from Oenanthe Javanica on immune function of immunosuppression mice. Methods： Models were established by injecting hydrocortisone. Experiment was divided into normal,model and three dose groups of flavone extract from Oenanthe Javanica,normal and model group were given saline,and three dose groups of flavone extract from Oenanthe Javanica were given 300,200,100 mg / kg total flavone for 14 days,. The carbon clearance,hemolysin content,spleen and thymus index,and delayed- type hypersensitivity were measured respectively. Results： The total flavone extract from Oenanthe Javanica could increase the clearance index,hemolysin content,spleen index and thymus index,and enhance delayed-type hypersensitivity（ P〈0. 01,P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The total flavone extract from Oenanthe Javanica had remarkable effect on immune regulation,as to promote cell immunity,humoral immunity and non- specific immunity in immunosuprresion mice
