摘  要:目的建立节能监管体系,统计分析监控结果,解决能源浪费和不合理用能的现状,并提出合理的用能改进方案,为节能降耗提供可靠依据.方法以沈阳地区某高校节能监管体系作为研究对象,应用节能监管平台对用能情况进行监控监测,对能耗数据进行采集统计、分析管理、全面公示,对不合理用能情况提出改进方案,并根据改进方案对现有设备进行节能改造.结果建立节能监管体系,从能耗数据上对用能进行准确把握,通过对能耗的监管与分析,对比增设节能设备前后,2015年该校共节约用电220万k W·h,合110万元,节电率达12%.结论节能监管体系的应用,提高了能源管理的可控性,加大了能源监管的智能性,增强了节能改造的合理性,强化了数据公示的准确性.Energy monitoring system was proposed to resolve the status of energy waste and unrea- sonable use of energy based on monitoring results. Rational energy improvement program have been suggested to provide a reliable basis for energy saving. Object of study is a university energy monitoring system. Energy use is monitored with energy regulation platform. Energy consumption data are collected, analyzed and publicized out. Improved scheme is proposed against unreasonable energy use and existing equipments are reformed based on improve proposals. As a result, establis- hing the energy monitoring system can accurately grasp the energy consumption situation on ener- gy consumption data. Based on the regulation and analysis of energy consumption and contrasting to establish energy saving equipment or not, the university has a total of saving electricity about 2. 2 million kW.h,about 1.1 million yuan.oower saving rate is 12%. The conclusion is that withthe application of energy monitoring system, the controllability of energy management has been improved ,the intelligence of energy regulation has been increased, the rationality of the energy- saving renovation has been enhanced, the accuracy of data publicity has been strengthened.
