摘  要:目的培养和驯化在低碳条件下能够正常生存并有良好磷酸盐还原效率的微生物污泥,探究其最佳的工艺运行参数和系统的操作方案.方法整个驯化过程共90 d完成,分为低负荷、中负荷、高负荷3个阶段.以较低COD进水质量浓度进行污泥的培养和驯化.考察磷酸盐还原污泥对废水的COD去除效率、磷酸盐去除效率,磷化氢产生量,污泥质量浓度变化,并对这些影响因子的作用效果进行分析.结果最终COD去除率可以达到87.99%.磷酸盐去除率最高达到59.49%,最高去除速率为21.11 mg/(L·d),除磷效能趋于稳定.系统中混合液悬浮固体质量浓度(M LSS)、混合液挥发性悬浮固体质量浓度(MLVSS)及悬浮物质量浓度(SS)趋于稳定,没有大幅增殖,并出现细小污泥颗粒,污泥的状况和性能保持稳定,没有处理剩余污泥的负担.结论污泥培养驯化成功,检测到微量磷化氢气体的产生,磷化氢的产生证实了磷酸盐还原反应的发生.This paper aims to cultivate and domesticate the sludge under the low carbon concentra- tion, which has a great efficiency of the phosphate reduction. Then the best technological parame- ters and the system operational scheme in the actual sewage treatment process were investigated. The whole process was divided into three stages including low load stage, medium load stage and high load stage, a total of 90 days to complete. The sludge was cultivated and domesticated at a rel- atively low concentration of COD water conditions. In this process, COD removal efficiency, phos- ohate removal efficiency, the oualitv of ohosohine and the varation of sludge concentration were bemeasured and analyzed. After domestication, the finally COD removal efficiency was 87.99 %. The highest phosphate removal efficiency was 59.49%, and the highest removal rate was 21.11 mg/L.d,whose treatment effect tended towards a stable level. The mixed liquid suspended solids ( MLSS ), the mixed liquor volatile suspended solids (MLVSS) and the suspended solids (SS) in the reactor tended to steadily, without sludge multiplication and plenty of excess sludge. The sta- tus and fundation of the sewage was maintained stability, with several tiny sludge particles can be found in the system. As well as, the phosphine was measured into identification. All above the re- suits suggest the success of the sludge cultivation and domestication, and prove exactly the happen of phosphate reduction reaction.
