摘　　要：本文总结了现代医学发展的潮流方向和主要趋势，以及当前医学影像学科所发展的方向特征，讨论并强调了医疗机构管理决策者所需要具备的技术整合思维模式，以及现代影像学科“大影像发展概念”的意识等诸多方面考虑出发，来做好建设现代医学影像学人才资源发展工作的研究。This paper summarized the development direction and trends of modern medicine and the main fea-tures of the development trend of modern medical imaging. It discussed and emphasized the thinking model for integra-tion of technologies which were necessary for the decision-makers of medical institutions. And ＆quot;big image development concept＆quot; of modern medical imaging major and many other aspects were also taken into consideration to carry out the re-search for the development of human resources of modern medical imaging.
