摘　　要：随着人口老龄化的发展，我国老年护理服务的需求增加，但老年护理教育发展严重滞后，老年护理人才缺乏成为突出问题。从专业设置、教材编写、课程设置、教学条件、从业规范等方面综述了我国老年护理教育的发展现状和趋势，并为其发展提供参考和依据。The demands for the elderly care service in China is increasing with the development of aging popu-lation. But the development of geriatric nursing education was severely lagged behind and the lack of geriatric nursing tal-ents had become an outstanding problem. This paper analyzed the present situation and development trend of geriatric nursing education in the following respects, including major setup, textbook compilation, curriculum setting, teaching conditions and professional qualifications, in order to provide references and basis for its development.
