摘　　要：目的通过研究应急演练培训系统，构建应急救援训演练平台，改进应急救援队培训方式，为应急演练培训提供工具支持。方法围绕地震灾害等突发事件，应用现代应急管理理念，针对医院应急救援队培训工作实际，综合运用数据库技术、多媒体技术、网络集成技术等。结果应急救援演练系统，形成救援知识体系，设计实时交互处置、考核和评估系统，能够基于想定作业，展开应急救援培训。结论针对灾害救援的特点，围绕救援队能力建设，研究设计应急演练培训系统，为传统的救援培训引入了信息化工具。本文通过研究设计应急培训演练系统，Objective To build up the emergency rescue training platform, improve the training method of emergency rescue teams, and provide support for emergency drills training with the emergency training system. Methods Around the earthquake disasters and other emergencies, based on the concept of emergency management, with the application of modern emergency management concept, we use the database technology, multimedia technology, network integration technology, etc. Results The emergency training system formed the rescue knowledge system, designed a real-time interactive disposal, assessment and evaluation system. The trainees could train on the basis of scenarios. Conclusion According to the characteristics of disasters rescue, around the rescue team capacity building, research and design of emergency training system to introduce one information tool for the traditional rescue training.
