摘  要:目的评价基于智谋理论的分阶段心理教育课程对乳腺癌患者心理行为的影响。方法将324例乳腺癌患者随机分为对照组及干预组各162例,对照组给予常规护理及心理护理,干预组在此基础上实施基于智谋理论的分阶段心理教育课程及个体化心理干预措施,使用智谋量表、症状自评量表(SCL-90)评价两组干预效果。结果干预组乳腺癌患者出院时及疗程结束后两个阶段躯体化、强迫、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、敌对性、恐怖、偏执及精神病性因子均分及症状自评总分显著低于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01),个人智谋、社会智谋及智谋总分显著高于对照组(均P<0.01)。结论基于智谋理论的分阶段心理教育课程可有效提高乳腺癌患者智谋状况,减少患者心理行为症状。Objective The evaluate the impact of staged psychological education based on the resourcefulness theory on patients with breast cancer.Methods A total of 324 breast cancer patients were randomly divided into a control group and an intervention group,each of 162 cases.Both groups were given routine nursing and psychological intervention,while the intervention group was additionally provided with staged psychological education and individualized psychological intervention based on the resourcefulness theory.Both groups were evaluated using the Resourcefulness Scale and Symptom Checklist-90(SCL-90).Results At dischang and completion of the therapy courses,the average scores of somatization,forcedness,interpersonal relationship,depression,anxiety,hostility,terror,paranoid and psychotic factors of the intervention group,as well as total score of SCL-90 were significantly lower than those of the control group(P〈0.05,P〈0.01).The average scores of personal resourcefulness,social resourcefulness and the total resourcefulness score were significantly higher than those of the control group(P〈0.01 for all).Conclusion Staged psychological education based on the resourcefulness theory can effectively improve the resourcefulness status of patients with breast can-cer and reduce their psychological symptoms.
