摘 要:目的探讨太极拳、八段锦联合应用对社区2型糖尿病患者血糖、血脂、生存质量的影响。方法将94例社区2型糖尿病患者随机分为对照组(48例)和干预组(46例),对照组接受常规社区护理,干预组在对照组的基础上实施早太极拳晚八段锦养生运动。结果经过6个月规律养生运动,干预组空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇显著低于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01),生存质量中生理功能和社会关系维度得分显著优于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论规律早太极拳晚八段锦养生运动可有效降低社区2型糖尿病患者血糖水平,改善血脂代谢,提高患者生存质量。Objective To investigate the effect of Tai Chi combining with Ba Duan Jin on blood glucose, blood lipids and quality of life for community type 2 diabetic patients. Methods Totally 94 community type 2 diabetic patients were randomized into a control group (n=48) and an intervention group (n=46). The control group received routine community care, while the intervention group, on the basis of the routine care, did regimental exercise of Tai Chi in the morning and Ba Duan Jin in the evening. Results After 6 months of regular exercise, the levels of fasting blood glucose (FBG), 2 hour postprandial blood glucose (2 hPBG), glycosylated hemoglobin(HbAlc), cholesterol (TC),the low density lipoprotein (LDL-C) were significantly lower than the control group (P〈 0.05 ,P〈0.01), the score of physical function and social relationship in the quality of life were significantly lower than the control group (P〈0. 05 for both). Conclusion The regular regimental exercise of Tai Chi in the morning and Ba Duan Jin in the evening could effectively decrease blood glucose as well as blood lipid, and improve quality of life for community type 2 diabetic patients.
