摘　　要：根据实际商用情况,LTE系统多采用干扰协调技术作为邻小区干扰抑制的主流机制,各厂家也将之集成至网管产品中的SON优化功能中,但ICIC功能生效和流程还存在一些不足,在华为ICIC功能验证研究的基础上,提出了一套CEU/CCU门限界定模型、干扰负荷特征模型、启用场景研究流程体系,能够更好地指导后期LTE网络优化的开展,为后续进行LTE网络干扰优化提供参考依据。According to the actual business situation,LTE system mostly uses the inter-cel interference coordination technology（ICIC） as the mainstream mechanism,the manufacturers also integrate this mechanism to SON optimization of the network device. And there are stil some deficiencies in the ICIC application process. Based on Huawei’s ICIC function study,it proposed a set of CEU/CCU threshold definition model and interference model of load character,process system of enabling scene study, which can better to guide the optimization of the LTE network and provide reference for the later study on the interference and optimization of LTE network.
