摘　　要：目的 对比2000～2015年3种不同婚检政策时期广西婚前医学检查（婚检）情况，对广西婚检政策提出建议。方法 收集2010～2015年广西妇幼卫生年报的婚检资料。按强制婚检期（2000～2003年）、鼓励自愿婚检期（2004～2009年）和免费自愿婚检期（2010～2015年）3个时段对广西总体、城乡、不同地理划分区及14个市的婚检资料进行分析。结果 2000～2015年广西全区平均婚检率为50.67%，在强制婚检期、鼓励自愿婚检期、免费自愿婚检期分别是48.00%、6.09%、91.67%。在鼓励自愿婚检期，城乡、不同地理划分区及14个市的婚检率均出现急速下降，2004年全区婚检率骤降至最低，为1.54%。在免费自愿婚检期，城乡、不同地理划分区及14个市的婚检率快速上升，均超过了强制婚检期水平，并保持在较高的水平，其中农村上升幅度高于城市，桂东区上升幅度高于桂西区、桂南区、桂中区、桂北区，来宾市婚检率最高，钦州市上升幅度高于其他13个市。结论 婚前医学检查政策的变化对婚检率有影响，实施政府主导的免费自愿婚检政策可有效提高婚检率。建议多部门协作针对性开展健康教育，规范化建设婚检机构和加强人员培训以提高婚检质量，并建立计生、卫生与民政部门联合办公的便民婚育服务综合平台。Objective To analyze the situation of premarital medical examination during three different policy periods of premarital medical examination in Guangxi from 2010 to 2015, thus to provide the suggestions to make policy for premarital medical examination in Guangxi. Methods The data of premarital medical examination were collected from maternal and child health annual report of Guangxi from 2010 to 2015. According to the policy changes, the data of premarital medical examination of the entire Guangxi region ,urban and rural areas, different geographical divisions and 14 cities were analyzed respectively in 3 periods including mandatory premarital medical examination period （2000-2003） ,encouraged voluntary premarital medical examination period（2004 -2009） and free voluntary premarital medical examination period （2010 -2015）. Results Between 2000 and 2015,the average rate of premarital medical examination in Guangxi was 50. 67%, and the rates in the mandatory premarital medical examination period, encouraged voluntary premarital medical examination period and free voluntary premarital medical examination period were 48.00% ,6.09% and 91.67% respectively. In the encouraged voluntary premarital examination period,the rates of premarital medical examination in urban and rural areas, different geographical divisions and 14 cities declined rapidly. In 2004, the rate of premarital medical examination in Guangxi was the lowest and abruptly dropped to 1.54%. In the free voluntary premarital medical examination period,the rates of premarital medical examination in urban and rural areas, different geographical divisions and 14 cities elevated rapidly, exceeded the levels of the mandatory premarital examination period and remained at high levels. And the increase amplitude in the rural area was higher than that in the urban area,and the increase amplitude of Guidong area was higher than that in Guixi area,Guinan area,Guizhong area or Guibei area. The rate of premarital medical examination in Laibin was the highest,
