摘  要:为确定燕山地区豆茶决明的形态多样性情况,以燕山地区5个居群共75个个体为研究对象,对豆茶决明形态性状进行观测和比较。结果表明:除百粒质量之外,其余性状在各居群中都有较大的变异,分枝数的变异最大;株高、主根长、分枝数和百粒质量在5个居群间差异达到极显著水平;不同居群豆茶决明的株高与根直径、分枝数、百粒质量呈极显著负相关;根直径与茎直径、枝长呈极显著正相关。燕山山脉豆茶决明的居群分化差异与地理因素有一定关系,不同生境条件会影响居群分化,引起各居群形态性状的变异,而种子的遗传稳定性高,受外界环境的影响较小。Five populations of Cassia nomame in Yanshan mountain were used to investigate the morphological characters in order to provide a theoretical basis Cassia nomame genetic diversity and excellent germplasm re- sources preservation arid cultivation. The results showed that all traits but 100-seed weight had large variation in each population. The difference of plant height, root length, branch number and 100-seed weight reached very significant levels in five populations. The plant height and root diameter, branch number and 100-seed weight of different populations of Cassia nomame were negatively correlated, while root diameter was signifi- candy positively correlated with stem diameter and branch length. Population differentiation and geographical factors had a certain relationship. Different habitat conditions would affect the variation of populations as well as the morphological characters of each population. However, the seed expressed highly genetic stability, which was less affected by the extemaI surroundings.
