摘 要:目的:探讨通过微信途径开展健康教育对2型糖尿病患者控制状况的影响。方法:选择2014年11月-2015年3月符合入组标准的2型糖尿病患者40例,每周通过微信将糖尿病相关知识发送给患者,共持续3个月,了解患者血糖自我监测和治疗情况、回答患者提问。观察患者教育前和持续教育3个月后的 BMI、腰臀比、空腹血糖、餐后2 h 血糖、糖化血红蛋白的变化,使用2型糖尿病控制状况量表(CSSD70)评价患者的糖尿病控制状况。结果:微信途径开展糖尿病教育后3个月,患者的空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白可见明显改善(P 〈0.05),2型糖尿病控制状况量表中糖尿病的治疗状况、糖尿病的知识结构2个模块得分均有改善(P 〈0.05)。结论:利用微信开展糖尿病健康教育患者可以化被动为主动,利用碎片时间随时随地了解糖尿病相关信息,也可通过微信与医护人员交流,是一种方便有效的教育方式。Objective:To discuss influences of health education through WeChat on type 2 diabetes control status of patients. Methods:Selected 40 cases of type 2 diabetes patients who met criteria from November 2014 to March 2015,and then sent diabetes knowledge to them weekly for 3 months,knew about self - monitoring blood glucose and treatment conditions,and answered their questions through WeChat. BMI,waist - hip ratio,fasting blood - glucose,2 hours postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin of patients before education and after 3 consecutive months of education were observed. Con-trol status scale for type 2 diabetes(CSSD70)was employed to assess diabetes control status of patients. Results:After 3 months of health education through WeChat,fasting blood - glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin of patients were significantly improved(P 〈 0. 05). Scores in diabetes treatment conditions and knowledge structure of control status scale for type 2 diabetes were improved(P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion:Health education through WeChat can help diabe-tes patients to become positive in education,fully utilize time to know about diabetes whenever and wherever possible,and communicate with doctors and nurses through WeChat,which is a convenient and effective education mode.
