摘 要:目的:探讨流程管理在护理床边交接班过程中的应用及效果评价。方法:将2015年2-4月收住的369例患者设为对照组,采用传统方法交接班;将2015年8-10月收住的366例患者设为观察组,执行规范的交接班流程。比较两组患者满意度和交接班护理缺陷数。结果:观察组患者满意度高于对照组(P 〈0.05),交接班护理缺陷发生率低于对照组(P 〈0.05)。结论:应用流程管理的方法,能有效提高护理工作质量,明显降低护理缺陷发生率,确保护理安全,从而提高患者满意度。Objective:To discuss application of flow management in nursing shift handover and to assess its effects. Methods:Traditional shift handover meth-od was adopted for control group,which was constituted by 369 cases of patients in our hospital from February to April in 2015. Normative nursing shift han-dover flow was adopted for observation group,which was constituted by 366 cases of patients in our hospital from August to October in 2015. Patients from both groups were compared in terms of satisfaction degree and number of shift - related nursing defects. Results:Observation group patients had higher satis-faction degree(P 〈 0. 05),and lower occurrence rate of shift - related nursing defects than control group(P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion:Flow management can improve quality of nursing work effectively,reduce occurrence rate of nursing defects significantly,and ensure nursing safety,so as to raise satisfaction de-grees of patients.
