摘 要:目的:设计制作“骨科专科护理实习带教手册”,提高临床带教质量。方法:将2013-2014年度接收的实习护生作为对照组,实施常规带教;将2014-2015年度接收的实习护生作为观察组,采用“骨科专科护理实习手册”带教,该手册分为教学安排、临床带教及专科护理小讲课3个版块,由带教老师填写教学安排完成时间并签名,护生实时记录临床带教情况,包括指导示范日期及临床实操病例,实习期间接受10个专科护理小讲课授课并记录学习笔记。观察带教手册的应用效果。结果:观察组在带教质量、管床质量、理论考核、操作考核评分均高于对照组(P 〈0.05)。结论:带教手册将书面的带教计划、文字的内容以表格的形式呈现,给带教老师和护生指引;护生实时记录带教情况及小讲课学习笔记,增加了护生临床带教的参与感;方便督促检查带教进度及质量,促使带教老师与护生都能高质量完成教学任务。Objective:To design and make ″orthopedic specialty nursing practice teaching handbook″ to improve quality of clinical nursing teaching. Meth-ods:Practice student nurses accepted in 2013 - 2014 academic year constituted control group and received usual nursing teaching;while practice student nurses accepted in 2014 - 2015 academic year constituted observation group and received teaching by using ″orthopedic specialty nursing practice teaching handbook″. The handbook included three modules,namely program schedule,clinical teaching and mini - lecture on specific nursing. Clinical teachers filled out program schedule and signed,then student nurses made real - time recording about clinical teaching conditions,including time of instruction and demonstration as well as practical clinical cases. Student nurses participated in 10 mini - lectures on specific nursing and took study notes during the prac-tice. Application effects of the Handbook were observed. Results:Observation group got higher scores in clinical teaching quality,bedside nursing quality, theoretical exam and operation exam than control group(P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion:Practice Nurse Handbook presents teaching plan and text contents in the form of table to provide introduction for clinical teachers and student nurses;real - time recording about clinical teaching conditions and study notes of mini- lectures can enhance sense of participation in student nurses during clinical teaching;it facilitates supervision and promotion of clinical teaching process and quality,and promote clinical teachers and student nurses to finish teaching tasks with high quality.
