压疮防护垫在压疮预防中的应用

摘　　要：目的：探讨压疮防护垫在压疮预防中的临床应用效果。方法：选取我院2012年1月-2015年12月难免压疮患者200例作为研究对象，将2012年1月-2013年12月100例未使用压疮防护垫的患者作为对照组，2014年1月-2015年12月采用压疮防护垫的100例患者作为试验组。对照组予以常规防护，试验组有专业护理人员予以压疮防护垫护理。比较两组患者住院期间的压疮发生率、护理满意度。结果：试验组患者住院期间压疮发生率明显低于对照组（P 〈0．05），护理满意度高于对照组（P 〈0．05）。结论：对于长期卧床的难免压疮患者，压疮防护垫能显著减少压疮的发生率，提高患者住院期间的生活质量，值得临床应用。Objective：To discuss application effects of pressure sore protective pad on pressure sore prevention. Methods：Selected 200 cases of patients who might get pressure sores inevitably from our hospital from January 2012 to December 2015. Among them,the 100 patients who didn′t use pressure sore pro-tective pad from January 2012 to December 2013 constituted control group,while the rest 100 patients who used pressure sore protective pad from January 2014 to December 2015 constituted experimental group. Control group received usual nursing,while experimental group received nursing of pressure sore protective pad provided by professional nurses. Patients from both groups were compared in terms of pressure sore rate and satisfaction degree with nursing. Results：Experimental group patients demonstrated significantly lower pressure sore rate during hospitalization（P 〈 0. 05）,and higher satisfaction degree with nursing（P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion：For bed - ridden patients who might get pressure sores inevitably,pressure sore protective pad can help to reduce pressure sore rate significantly and improve living quality of patients during their hospitalizations,which is worthy of clinical application.
