自制弯头吸痰管在经鼻气管内吸痰护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的:制作弯头吸痰管,观察弯头吸痰管在经鼻气管内吸痰中的应用效果。方法:将行经鼻气管内吸痰的54例患者随机分为观察组26例和对照组28例,观察组在头部垫枕下采用弯头吸痰管进行经鼻气管内吸痰,对照组在去枕头开放气道后,用普通吸痰管进行吸痰。比较两组患者吸痰管顺利进入气管的次数、每次吸痰所需的平均时间、气道黏膜损伤发生率以及痰鸣音改善的情况。结果:两组患者吸痰管顺利进入气管的次数、气道黏膜损伤发生率以及痰鸣音改善的情况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组每次吸痰平均所需时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:自制弯头吸痰管能明显缩短吸痰时间,提高工作效率。Objective：To make sputum - suction elbowed catheter and observe its application effects on nasal sputum suction. Methods：Randomly divided 54 cases of patients undergoing nasal sputum suction into observation group with 26 cases and control group with 28 cases. Observation group patients underwent nasal sputum suction with sputum - suction elbowed catheter after putting their heads on pillows,while control group patients underwent nasal sputum suction with ordinary sputum - suction catheter after removing pillows and opening airways. Patients from both groups were compared in terms of frequency of success-ful catheter insertion into airway,average time spent in per sputum suction,rate of airway mucosa damage and coarse rale improvement. Results：Comparison differences in frequency of successful catheter insertion into airway,rate of airway mucosa damage and coarse rale improvement had no statistical significances （P 〉0. 05）,but the average time spent in per sputum suction for observation group patients was less than that for control group patients（P 〈0. 05）. Conclu-sion：Self - made sputum - suction elbowed catheter can help to reduce time spent in sputum suction significantly and improve work efficiency.
