品管圈应用于儿童动脉置管质控中的效果

摘　　要：目的：通过品管圈活动（QCC）改进儿童动脉导管置管固定及维护方法，以降低计划外拔管率。方法：2014年9月-2015年3月我科成立“品管圈”小组，通过主题选定、拟定计划、现状把握、目标设定、解析，对策拟定、对策实施与检讨等步骤，制定了固定动脉导管置管精细化流程及更科学的维护方法，并予实施。结果：动脉导管置管固定流程及维护方法改进后，计划外拔管率下降了，护士综合能力评分升高。结论：将QCC 模式用于改进动脉导管置管固定及维护方法，能够提高护理质量，保证病人安全，提高护士工作效率，建立和谐团队。Objective：To improve fixation and maintenance methods of artery catheterization in children through quality control circle（QCC）to reduce un-planned extubation rate. Methods：Our department built up a QCC team from September 2014 to March 2015 to formulate and carry out refined flow of artery catheterization fixation and more scientific maintenance methods through steps such as theme selection,plan formulation,current status grasping,goal set-ting and analysis,countermeasure proposition and implementation and review. Results：After improving refined flow of artery catheterization fixation and ma-intenance methods,unplanned extubation rate was decreased and nurses′ scores in comprehensive competence were increased. Conclusion：Applying QCC mode in the improvement of artery catheterization fixation and maintenance methods can improve nursing quality,ensure patient safety,improve work effi-ciency of nurses and help to build a harmonious team.
